Based company and recognized leader in the supply of marine spare parts across the Americas. Our clients include major ship managers and fleet owners in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Ecuador.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at the Envigado office. In this role, you will build relationships with international clients, identify new business opportunities, and manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts.
• Identify new leads and generate RFQs.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Track orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in sales.
• Advanced CRM management skills (mandatory).
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Availability to work on-site.

What We Offer:

• •Salary: Between $4.5M and $26M (Base + commissions)
• Benefits: Daily catered lunch and free company transportation to and from the office.
